On Thursday 16th February we organised a Diversity Day Parade.
We are so proud of the children and families who fully embraced the occasion. We assembled on the court under the shade canopy and then classes walked around waving their banners and flags. We practised greetings from many languages and listened to music from different cultures.
Whaea Kura, Matua Dan and other teachers led a school sasa.
Teachers and students dressed up.
So many cultures, so many happy faces!
Everyone said the parade and the day were just delightful.
